Mariner is a water front building situated along side Flagship in the newly developed Copper's Quay. Its construction was founded on the platform of modern architecture and yacht living. At its Skelton, Mariner was constructed of out nothing but concrete, glass and steel. Using these raw materials and contemporary clean lines Concord Pacific has built a truly fascinating building. Inside each suite has been enhanced with clean Euro-styling and functional floor plans. Some features include suburb natural finishings such as granite, stone and polished wood complimented by stainless steel appliances, gas ranges and under mount sinks. Outside- massive, lush green space can be found-perfect for Frisbee throwing with Fido or just taking in the sunny southern exposure and beautiful ocean vistas.

Presales for these suites started in 2003, priced between 400K and 1.1M. These suites began completing in the 4th quarter of 2008 and move ins came shortly thereafter. Mariner is comprised of 133 units each between 650 and 1300 square feet, 6 suites per floor and each came with one parking stall (a second or private parking stall could have been purchased as an upgrade). Flagship and Mariner have exclusive access to amenities including a 14,000 square foot in-building "Esprit City Club" with fitness center, spa, aquatic facilities & entertainment ctr. including a bowling alley & kayaks for exploring the False Creek by water.
