Mariner is a water front building situated along side Flagship in the newly developed Copper's Quay. Its construction was founded on the platform of modern architecture and yacht living. At its Skelton, Mariner was constructed of out nothing but concrete, glass and steel. Using these raw materials and contemporary clean lines Concord Pacific has built a truly fascinating building.
