Just thought I would pass along an example of how busy Vancouver Real Estate is lately. We have a client who put an offer in on a property he liked very much just the other night. The price was just under the 500K mark. Our offer was $10,000 over asking, no subjects, and VERY flexible dates...and we did not get it. One of the other 3 offers apparently wrote a contract several ...
