The Spectrum Development
Just a quick point about location. The Spectrum development is located at the end of Georgia Street - Not Gastown. Spectrum presents an amazing opportunity to invest in properties with high ROI or as a first time home buy. While you could take your money and head to other newer developments such as Woodwards or Espana - the location is not comparible. It is not the same. I understand these deveopments have their appeal, they are cheap, but that is the only draw. These developments also happen to be located in a less established part of town and therefore - a wore investment. It may be cliche, but location-location-location. When your making an investment or a first time home purchase, keep it simple! Buy Location!
