Just a quick note for today, we held an open house at our listing 109-1228 Marinaside today in False Creek North and it was amazing! We printed out 30 Feature sheets and decided to hand those out to people who we felt were generally interested in the unit. Within the first half our all our feature sheets were gone and we were passing out suite information on the back of business cards! We are sure this is due to the historic low interest rates which have brought in some well need momentum to this market. Another factor is prices have firmed up pretty quick and large price drops are a thing of the past. If you are looking for a new property-The time is now!
