Vancouver Real Estate is just booming

Just thought I would pass along an example of how busy Vancouver Real Estate is lately. We have a client who put an offer in on a property he liked very much just the other night. The price was just under the 500K mark. Our offer was $10,000 over asking, no subjects, and VERY flexible dates...and we did not get it. One of the other 3 offers apparently wrote a contract several thousand dollars over our own. Just a quick note-Go into multiple offer situation as if you are not...this may sound crazy but then you may end up jurastically over paying for a property-a decision you may regret in the future.
